Sailun tyres and their origins date back to China, when the Sailun Rubber Factory started working with the Qingdao Science and Technology Centre. The cornerstone of Sailun’s success is high product quality, in tandem with affordable prices for the general public. The brand has established high quality standards from the outset, coming up with products that have not only won their place at the top of the budget class, in the process creating a brand new premium budget class of their own , but are also able to compete with mid-range or even premium tyre models. This is also evidenced by the awards and certificates the brand has won. The TÜV SÜD certificate, which Sailun Alpine+ was the first Chinese tyre in history to achieve, is the most striking example of this.

Sailun tyres have been known in Latvia for more than 15 years and the brand offers tyres for passenger cars, SUVs and commercial vehicles. The range includes high-quality summer, winter and all-season tyres, manufactured using the latest technology and the highest quality equipment.

Despite being founded in 2002 and being relatively new, Sailun tyres are already the favourite choice of more than 100’000 drivers in Latvia and more than 10’000’000 worldwide, placing it in the top 15 tyre manufacturers worldwide. The company has also set a target to be in the top ten by 2025.

While Sailun’s current product range stretches far and wide, the brand derives most of its revenue from passenger car tyres. It goes without saying that for the brand to continue to grow, a lot of money needs to be invested in researching the latest technologies and incorporating them into their products. That is why Sailun invests more than 30% of all revenues in research and further development. It is worth mentioning that when you buy a Sailun tyre, a portion of what you pay is donated to World Child Cancer. Sailun is also the official sponsor of Valencia Football Club, supporting a sporty and healthy lifestyle and decorating the uniforms of athletes such as Carlos Soler with its logo.
