Eskimo Ice Features
The Eskimo Ice tread pattern features the directional tread pattern common to winter tires, but with a number of improvements. The tread blocks are shaped with sharp edges that provide excellent grip on snow.
The tread blocks incorporate a vast number of sipes that, acting as studs, dig into the ice with their sharp edges, creating traction on slippery surfaces.
The tire is made from a high-quality rubber compound supplemented with additives that help the tire maintain its flexibility at low temperatures. A flexible tire provides much better traction on the road.
