– The open tread pattern design, featuring a large number of individual blocks, ensures reliable performance in various winter conditions;

– The blocks forming the tread are polygonal in shape and feature special grip elements on the shoulder area, which improve traction and grip on snow-covered roads;

– Depending on the tire width, two versions are available—with four or five tread ribs;

– Thanks to the large size and number of drainage grooves, the tire offers excellent resistance to both hydroplaning and skidding;

– The flat tread profile and large tread block size increase load capacity, prevent uneven wear, and ensure stability;

– Several thousand zigzag-shaped sipes improve traction on wet asphalt, ice, and packed snow.

Triangle TR737: One Tire, Two Versions

Depending on the size, the Triangle TR737 is available in two versions, which differ only in the tread pattern design. Tires with a wider tread feature an additional longitudinal “rib” in the center, while narrower models lack this feature, resulting in a 4-rib design. Apart from this difference, both versions are absolutely identical.

The blocks that make up the tread are polygonal in shape

The rest of this tire’s tread pattern, excluding the central longitudinal rib, consists of many individual blocks. They are characterized by a polygonal geometric shape, which creates a large number of sharp lamella edges in the contact patch. These provide the tire with excellent traction in both snow and rain, thereby enhancing safety in adverse weather conditions.

Triangle TR737 – Optimized External Load Distribution

In addition to the polygonal shape, all tread elements are characterized by their substantial size. Together with the symmetrical arrangement and flat tread profile, this significantly optimizes the distribution of external load across the contact patch, which, in turn, improves several key performance characteristics. First, this improves load-carrying capacity, ensuring stability and predictability in vehicle handling, and it also promotes even tire wear.
