Triangle Presa PS01

The Triangle Presa PS01 winter tyre is designed for passenger cars. It offers balanced and reliable performance in a wide range of winter conditions. This performance would not be possible without the use of the most advanced technologies and materials in the construction of the tyre carcass. The rubber compound has also been improved, with a range of elastomers. This model is available with or without studs.

Key features of the Triangle PS01:

– Aggressive V-shaped tread improves longitudinal grip on slippery surfaces.

– Multiple sipes and 16 rows of studs provide convincing grip on icy surfaces.

– Rubber compound for flexibility at very low temperatures and resistance to wear and damage.

More about Triangle Presa PS01 tyres

Excellent efficiency under hard acceleration and braking

Triangle PS01 is produced with a V-shaped tread design. Several original technical solutions have been applied to this model. The main one is the staggered arrangement of the central tread blocks. During movement, they form a large number of very long intersecting edges. The blocks are arranged at a fairly acute angle, which improves longitudinal grip on the one hand and prevents side-slip on the other, increasing directional stability.

Convincing performance on icy roads

Each tread block has at least a few narrow slots. These elements significantly improve traction on slippery surfaces, together forming several thousand sharp edges. At the same time, their wavy shape limits the free movement of the blocks. Thanks to this aspect, the tyres react very well to steering curves, which is particularly important when manoeuvring at high speeds.

Triangle PS01 tyres can be rolled. in this case, in addition to the sipes, the studs, or studs, provide grip on slippery roads. These are arranged in a special order so that the studs form 16 longitudinal rows during movement. All this results in stable and reliable traction in a wide range of winter conditions.

Optimised rubber compound

Much of the tyre’s excellent performance is achieved through a specially developed rubber compound. Due to the increased silica content, the tyre does not harden, or “bite”, even at very low temperatures. Thanks to this rubber compound, the tyre retains its grip properties for several years after purchase. Another advantage of this compound is increased tensile and traction strength. This significantly reduces the risk of tyre wear and mechanical damage.
