Nokian Seasonproof tyres feature a symmetrical tread pattern and the advanced Season Sense Concept drainage channel system, which excellently removes water, snow and mud from the tyre’s contact patch with the road, while reducing the risk of aquaplaning in heavy rain and improving performance in snow and slush.
A special tread design has been developed specifically for this model, with elements that help to cope with even relatively harsh winter driving conditions. The tread design uses Snow Claw technology, allowing this tyre model to grip snow and mud better.
The rubber compound has also been significantly improved, with a range of elastomers as well as natural materials, making this tyre model more environmentally friendly and helping to maintain grip over a wide temperature range.
