More about Hankook Vantra LT RA18 tyres
Long service life
As the tyre was originally designed for commercial use only, special attention was paid during its development to ensure a long service life. To this end, many technical solutions were applied to the frame structure, the rubber compound and, of course, the tread pattern. It is equipped with reinforced shoulder areas, which make it possible to increase the tyre’s stability when cornering. Thanks to the rigidity and massive dimensions of this tread section, it is possible to distribute the external pressure more evenly over the entire contact patch. As a result, the tyre is much more robust when carrying heavy loads and better able to resist uneven wear, which seriously increases its service life.
*Please note: summer tyres manufactured in China may be marked M + S. It should be borne in mind that the Chinese territory extends into different climatic zones, where in some places the meteorological winter never sets in. So, these tyres can be used there all year round, while in Latvia it doesn’t work!
