What damage can be repaired?
To assess whether a tyre repair is possible and to determine the most appropriate type of repair, a specialist needs to see the damage to the tyre in question. In 90% of cases, tyres can be repaired relatively easily and quickly, but if the damage is significant, it is more cost-effective to buy new tyres. Tyre repairs will be possible:
- minor punctures in the tread area not exceeding 6 mm in diameter;
- superficial cuts in the tread section of the tyre;
- air leaks from the valves;
- small air leaks inside the tyre
- small air leaks between the tyre and the rim
What does tyre repair involve?
1 Evaluation
A thorough inspection of the tyre will help to determine how serious the damage is and whether there are hidden defects that could affect the internal structure of the tyre and reduce its performance and affect the roadworthiness.
2 Preparation
The damaged area is cleaned of dirt and slightly widened to allow tyre repair materials to cover or fill it qualitatively for a lasting result.
3 Repair
Depending on the type and location of the damage, the most appropriate repair method is selected. Our service uses high-quality tyre repair materials from the world’s largest manufacturers to repair tyres with high precision.
4 Check
After the tyre has been repaired, check that it can hold air without leaking. We then balance the tyres if necessary to ensure a safe and comfortable return to the road.

How are tyres repaired?
We also provide storage for second season tyres with or without rims. Our customers’ tyres are stored in a safe place, under appropriate conditions, which will not cause any damage to them during the storage period

Thread repair as a quick temporary solution
For punctures caused by nails, broken glass or other small foreign objects that are relatively superficial and located in the tread area, tyre repair threads may be the most suitable solution. The threads are pressed into the cleaned area of the damage, which is then properly sealed. Tyre repair with floss is a quick but less permanent solution than other methods.

Repair with patch for lasting effect
A specialised repair patch is firmly glued to the inside of the tyre with a vulcanising adhesive. For this method to be used to repair larger damage in the tread area, the tyre must first be removed from the rim and the damaged area thoroughly cleaned and sanded. Despite the increased time involved, patch repairs will often provide a long-lasting and reliable result.

Mushroom repairs for maximum durability and safety
This repair method is suitable for punctures that are so deep that they penetrate all the layers of the tyre. The repair uses a specialised repair patch, the flat base part of which covers the puncture from inside the tyre, while the stem part fills the puncture itself. When such repairs are carried out, vulcanisation is the final stage of the repair to give long-lasting durability.
Why is quality repair important?
Quality made tyre repairs not only means longer tyre life, but also more road safety. Repair method not suitable for the type of damage, poor quality tyre repair materials or insufficiently thorough servicing fails to ensure a lasting tyre seal, contributing to:
- air leaks;
- the risk of a tyre suddenly bursting on the move;
- uneven tyre wear;
- increase fuel consumption;
- disc damage. ( Other damage related to displacement with insufficient tyre pressure)
