Right of withdrawal

According to Section 1, Paragraph 3 of the “Consumer Rights Protection Law”, a consumer is a natural person who expresses a wish to purchase, or is likely to purchase or use, a good or service for a purpose which is not related to their economic or professional activity.

Under the Right of Withdrawal, the Consumer may return the product within 14 days of purchase without explaining the reasons for the return.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, please note the following conditions: do not use the product, keep the original packaging of the product intact, and prevent any damage to it.

In case you wish to withdraw from the goods, please fill in the withdrawal form and send it with the proof of purchase to the e-mail address info@mmkserviss.lv or by registered mail to Kaivas iela 31/3-72, Riga, LV-1021, and deliver the goods to Mūkusalas iela 72d, Riga, LV-1004, Latvia.

Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods, we will refund your money to the bank account specified in your Right of Withdrawal Form.
