Unique SNOW-COR tread technology

This directional tread pattern has an unusual design - beams angled outwards from the centre. This Cordiant Snow Cross pattern is very successful at removing snow and water from the tread, providing excellent self-cleaning while eliminating the risk of skidding. A continuous rib in the centre of the tread breaks up snow quickly, and grooves that open in the shoulder area increase traction with the road surface. Special transverse channels and elongated, strategically placed blocks reduce stopping distances on any surface. A large number of z-shaped sipes form sharp edges, resulting in excellent ice grip. Snowflake-shaped studs, with a reinforced metal core, prevent wheel slippage during acceleration and increase traction on snow-covered roads.
