Couragia F/X equipment
Federal Couragia F/X summer tyres feature an asymmetric tread pattern. This design is common to most modern summer tyre models, as it is both effective against aquaplaning and provides good acoustic comfort.
A highly developed drainage or water channel system is formed between the tread block strings. This quickly and efficiently removes water from the tyres' contact surface, reducing the risk of aquaplaning.
The asymmetric tread is made of a wear-resistant rubber alloy to which a series of elastomers are added. These chemical elements improve the tyre's ability to adapt to high temperatures without losing shape and protect the tyre against wear.
