The Powertrac Snowtour's tread design is directional and enhanced with wide drainage grooves in the centre of the tyre, which improve water and snow drainage and reduce the risk of aquaplaning, while also improving grip, especially on snow-covered road surfaces. Apart from the wide drainage grooves, the tread is densely packed with wavy sipes that improve grip not only on snow but also on ice. The blocks are arranged in pairs in the shoulder area to increase contact area and improve manoeuvrability.
