The tread is made of a compound with a very high new generation silicon content. This component significantly improves grip, especially on wet surfaces, while reducing rolling resistance and wear.

The sidewalls of the longitudinal grooves are inclined and without sharp angles. This eliminates the risk of aquaplaning and increases the water permeability of the grooves. The bottom of these grooves has narrow longitudinal recesses.
