225/40R18 Triangle SnowLink PL02 92V XL
This tyre model has all the necessary markings "snowflakes and hill symbol" in accordance with legislative changes and CSDD requirements.
The Triangle SnowLink PL02 is designed for most passenger cars. The tyres are marked with high speed indexes – H and V– allowing them to be used on European motorways or autobahns. This model is produced in diameters R17 – R20, which excludes the very smallest members of the passenger car class from the target audience. Given the fact that this is a trackless model, the engineers have worked carefully on the grip characteristics on ice. In addition to its grip, the model’s strengths are its high level of acoustic comfort, reliability and long service life.

In addition to its grip, the model's strengths are its high level of acoustic comfort, reliability and long service life.
Key features of the Triangle SnowLink PL02
+ High density of slats. The use of several types of these elements and their varied arrangement improves the grip on the ice, giving it good handling;
+ Drainage grooves designed in a zigzag pattern, which increases stability when driving on unpaved snowy roads;
+ Wide shoulder blocks improve traction in snow during straight-ahead movement and prevent side-slip, giving excellent steering precision.
+ Quality for the price!
Dense slat arrangement
One of the characteristics of a tyre is its dense siping. Asian tyre manufacturers have used several thousand narrow slits in the tread. Each has a wave-like shape that prevents the tread blocks from deforming over time. This solution not only improved grip in packed snow and ice, but also improved the smoothness of the ride.
Zippered downpipes
The central part of the asymmetric tread features zipped drainage grooves. These elements act as a drain for water, snow and other precipitation from the contact patch. This solution improves directional stability when driving on dirt roads.
Shoulder blocks designed in a trapezoidal shape
The two shoulder areas of the tread are formed by massive blocks. They have a trapezoidal shape in lateral projection, which remains wider towards the base. This contributes to the stability of the blocks subjected to centrifugal forces. As a result, the tyre retains grip even after a longer service life.
