Two wide, continuous strings of tread blocks in the centre of the tyre for improved stability and manoeuvrability. The directionally arranged tread blocks are densely packed with thousands of sipes that cut into the ice with sharp edges, creating a firm grip on slippery surfaces. The tyre itself is made of a high-quality rubber compound containing a number of elastomers. This has allowed the tyre to remain flexible over a wide temperature range. A flexible tyre grips the road surface much better.
