UltraGrip 600 equipment

Goodyear UltraGrip 600 studded winter tyres feature a deep and coarse directional tread pattern. This design has been developed to enhance tyre performance in harsh winter conditions - in deep snow and on icy roads.

The massive tread blocks incorporate both sipes and special hexagonal studs. These grip elements significantly improve tyre performance on packed snow and ice. The studs also extend tyre life by an average of 40%.

Between the massive tread blocks is a specially designed drainage or water channel system. It frees water from the tyre's grip area, reducing the risk of aquaplaning and improving tyre performance in wet conditions.
