Doublestar DL01 is a summer tyre specially designed for light trucks and vans (commercial vehicles), which can be used on hard road surfaces (asphalt, gravel or crushed stone). To ensure maximum stability and safety, the tyre is constructed with an impact-resistant carcass and a special tread pattern.

DL01 features:

DL01 characteristics:

Light truck (commercial vehicle) tyres are often subjected to peak loads which tend to cause tread deformation. The reinforced carcass used is made using new technologies, resulting in increased durability and reduced weight.

The tyre design provides excellent handling on hard road surfaces (asphalt, gravel or chippings). The double rows of blocks in the centre of the tread provide excellent stability in straight-line traffic. Special grooves in the sidewall provide increased cornering stability. This tyre model uses a branched water drainage system consisting of three deep channels. The deep zigzag channels drain water from the tyre at an accelerated rate, preventing possible aquaplaning.
