Hifly ALL-Transit all-season/winter or M+S bus tyres feature a symmetrical tread pattern characteristic of this tyre segment. This design combines good load capacity, wear resistance and grip characteristics on both asphalt and snow.

The massive, symmetrically spaced tread blocks are equipped with hundreds of small sipes or sipes. Their principle of operation is similar to that of studs. The sipes cut into packed snow and ice with sharp edges, improving grip on these slippery surfaces.

The tread has a carcass reinforced with several layers of breaker or cord reinforcement. This effectively improves the tyre's load capacity and absorbs shock, extending the tyre's life.
