Maximus M1 equipment
Maxtrek Maximus M1 summer tyres feature an asymmetric tread pattern that is slightly coarser than most summer tyres available today. This design has been developed to ensure consistently high performance on dry and wet asphalt as well as on gravel roads. This makes this tyre an excellent choice for Latvian drivers who drive on both tarmac and gravel on a daily basis.
Additional grip elements in the tread are designed to improve performance on loose road surfaces (gravel and forest roads) while also maximising acoustic and ride comfort. This also means extra water channels, reducing the risk of aquaplaning.
The asymmetrically spaced tread strings of the Maxtrek Maximus M1 are made of a wear-resistant yet flexible rubber alloy. The flexibility helps to simultaneously improve grip as well as ensure more even wear, extending the life of the tyre.
