Snowmarch equipment

Powertrac Snowmarch Scandinavian or soft compound winter tyres feature an asymmetric tread pattern. It has an increased tread block size, which correspondingly increases the contact area with the road, improving grip and increasing wear resistance.

The massive, asymmetrically spaced tread blocks are densely packed with sipes. Like studs, they cut into ice and packed snow with sharp edges, improving grip. In addition, this tyre model has sharp side knobs which significantly improve manoeuvrability in snow and on asphalt.

The tyres are made from a soft rubber alloy with a high concentrate of elastomers. This helps the tyres to remain flexible even at low temperatures. It is worth mentioning that a flexible tyre grips the road much better and also wears more evenly.
