The Hankook Winter i'cept RS3 W462 all-season or m+s tyre features a uniquely designed directional tread. When you look at the tread, it has directional elements that face both towards and away from the direction of travel. This solution has been used to significantly improve the tyre's performance in snow.

The V-shaped tread blocks are armed with 3D Winter Sipe technology sipes. These significantly improve grip and increase the contact area with the road by interlocking.

This tyre model is made from Aqua Pine Compound technology rubber alloy. The addition of Silica helps the tyre to adapt to a wide range of temperatures efficiently while maintaining flexibility. It is worth mentioning that a flexible tyre has much better road holding.
