Snowdragon UHP Features
The tread blocks, arranged in a directional pattern, feature several thousand wave-shaped sipes densely embedded in them, oriented in various directions. This sipe arrangement helps generate traction on even the slipperiest road surfaces and reduces the risk of hydroplaning and skidding.
The central row of tread blocks is designed in a “braided” pattern, which makes the tire not only more stable but also more capable in deep snow.
The entire tread pattern is made of high-quality rubber, with a range of elastomers added to the compound, allowing the tire to maintain its flexibility across a wide temperature range. A flexible tire provides much better traction on the road.
