ToyoNanoEnergyVan summer commercial tyres feature a classic symmetric tread pattern. This design is typical of c-index or van tyres, as the size and arrangement of the tread blocks provide greater load capacity and wear resistance than other designs.
The rubber compound is enhanced with a range of technological solutions from tyre giant Toyo. Elastomers added to the rubber provide lower rolling resistance and improved wear resistance, as well as the tyre's ability to adapt to increased air and road surface temperatures without losing shape or flexibility. As you know, a flexible tyre grips the road much better and also wears more evenly.
Massive tread blocks provide excellent grip on loose road surfaces such as gravel and sand. The tread blocks have an efficient drainage system between them. This quickly removes water from the tyres' contact surface, significantly reducing the risk of aquaplaning.
The tread base is reinforced with several layers of cord or breaker. This provides increased load capacity and impact resistance, increasing tyre life.
