The Grenlander Winter GL989 commercial or bus all-season tyre features a classic symmetrical tread pattern. Its massive tread blocks provide a large contact area with the road, increasing load capacity and ensuring more even wear.
A number of elastomers are added to the rubber compound of this tyre model. These chemical compounds allow the tyres to remain flexible even at low temperatures, significantly improving grip. The tread blocks also incorporate sipes that create traction on ice by cutting into slippery surfaces with sharp edges.
