Goodyear EfficientGrip Cargo summer c-index or bus tyres feature a unique symmetrical tread design. This tread pattern has been chosen to maximise the economy and safety of this summer tyre model, while maintaining the load capacity characteristics.

Between the symmetrical tread strings there are 3 longitudinal outlets. These quickly and efficiently clear the tyre contact surface of water, reducing the risk of aquaplaning. The larger contact area and narrow radial grooves provide better grip on wet road surfaces and reduce noise.

As mentioned, according to the manufacturer, this tyre model can last up to 10,000km longer. This is achieved by adding the latest chemi-technological elements to the tyre's rubber compound. In addition, a cooling cushioning layer and optimised construction ensure less heat generation and lower rolling resistance.

The carcass is another cornerstone of the sustainability of this tyre model. It is reinforced with additional cord or breaker layers, while improving load capacity and protecting the tyre from impacts.
