The massive tread blocks provide excellent grip on loose road surfaces such as gravel and sand. The high number of cuts in the tread blocks, in tandem with the efficient drainage channel system, reduces the risk of aquaplaning.

Elastomers added to the rubber compound improve the tyre's abrasion resistance and help with grip on dry and wet asphalt.
