SP-401 equipment

Austone SP-401 summer tyres feature a directional tread pattern or "herringbone". This design combines good grip and manoeuvrability on both tarmac and gravel roads. It also ensures that water is efficiently drained from the tyre's contact surface, reducing the risk of aquaplaning.

The V-shaped tread blocks are made of a wear-resistant rubber alloy. Elastomers added to the rubber help the tyre maintain its shape and flexibility over a wide temperature range. As you know, a flexible tyre grips the road much better and also wears more evenly.
