T/A KO2 history
BFGoodrich is the pioneer of the All-Terrain movement. In 1976, the brand launched the Radial All-Terrain T/A, whose tread proved so effective that, with some improvements, it has survived to the present day in the form of the T/A KO2 .
Equipment
The BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 off-road tyre features a unique, symmetrical and deep tread that is second to none. Its elbow-shaped tread blocks are equipped with 3d sipes. These provide excellent grip on loose road surfaces - gravel, sand, stones and mud. The 3d sipes also increase the tyre's durability by ensuring smooth and slow wear of the blocks.
The tyre carcass is reinforced with an extra layer of cord or breaker and is 20% stronger than its KO2 predecessors. The robust casing is wrapped in a high-quality rubber alloy that not only increases grip and wear resistance, but also dampens sound when driving on asphalt.
