Sottozero 3 Features

Pirelli Winter Sottozero 3 all-season/wintertires feature an improved symmetrical directional tread pattern. The V-shaped tread blocks are densely packed with 3D sipes that significantly improve traction on ice by digging into slippery surfaces with their sharp edges.

A highly advanced drainage channel system is located between the tread blocks. It quickly and effectively clears water from the tire’s contact patch with the road and improves performance in snow.

The tires are made from a high-quality composite material rich in elastomers. Chemical additives incorporated into the tire rubber compound help the tires maintain their flexibility even at very low temperatures. A flexible tire provides much better traction and wears more evenly.
