ECSTA PS71 equipment
The Kumho ECSTA PS71 UHP summer tyre model features a sporty asymmetric tread pattern. This design is seen on most modern summer tyres as it combines excellent ride comfort and safety characteristics even at high speeds.
To reduce the risk of aquaplaning on wet asphalt when driving dynamically, this tyre model features a highly developed drainage or water channel system. It quickly and efficiently removes water from the tyre's grip point, reducing the risk of aquaplaning to a minimum.
The longitudinal, asymmetrically spaced tread strips are made of a wear-resistant rubber alloy, to which a series of elastomers are added. As you know, a flexible tyre grips the road much better and also wears more evenly.

UltraGrip Ice 2 equipment
Goodyear UltraGrip Ice 2 winter tyres feature a soft but aggressive directional tread pattern that allows this model to grip both snow and ice with excellence. Ice grip is also enhanced by thousands of sipes that are densely packed into the tread blocks and open up on contact with the road to form a series of additional grip cantons. This tyre model has a specially developed rubber compound adapted to expand in extreme cold temperatures. The rubber compound also features sound-dampening elements for a quiet and comfortable ride. The drainage system has also been significantly improved. It excellently removes snow, mud and water from the tyres' contact surface, improving wet grip and reducing the risk of aquaplaning.
