Distances l\u012bgums<\/h1>[vc_column_text]This agreement is concluded between the administrator of the online trading site mmkriepas.lv Limited Liability Company “MMK Riepu Serviss”, only.
\n40203127405, 31\/3-72 Kaivas Street, Riga, LV-1021, Latvia, telephone: +371 23000100,<\/a> e-mail: info@mmkserviss.lv<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), and the Buyer who places an order and makes a purchase on the mmkriepas.lv Internet trading site.
\nThe Distance Contract applies to all orders and purchases made on the mmkriepas.lv Internet trading site.
\nThe Buyer shall order, purchase and pay for, and the Seller shall deliver, car tyres and rims (hereinafter referred to as the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement)).
\n2. The Buyer shall order the Goods by filling in the relevant order form on the Seller’s website mmkriepas.lv.
\nWhen placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide precise information, i.e. for a natural person: name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number, for a legal person, in addition the company name and registration number.
\nAfter entering the information, the Buyer shall click on the “Place Order” button.
\nThe Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller of any changes by e-mail to info@mmkserviss.lv no later than 24 hours from the confirmation of the order.
\nThe Buyer is responsible for providing the correct details, otherwise delivery of the Goods is not guaranteed.
\nThe ordering of the Goods shall be deemed to constitute an offer by the Buyer to the Seller to enter into this Distance Contract for the delivery of the Goods ordered and an agreement by the Buyer to purchase the Goods ordered at the price indicated.
\nNo personal data not relating to the delivery of the Goods shall be passed on to any third party.
\n3. the Seller shall deliver the Goods to the address specified by the Buyer in accordance with the rates set by the courier service.
\nThe Buyer shall pay the shipping costs and the payment for the Goods together after agreeing the details with the Seller but before delivery of the Goods from the Seller.
\nThe price of delivery shall be included in the invoice.
\n4 Orders may be placed by the Buyer 24 hours a day.
\nThe Seller shall send the Buyer an e-mail confirmation of acceptance of the order.
\nIf the Buyer does not receive a confirmation e-mail, the order is not accepted.
\nThe order is completed when the money is credited to the Seller’s account.
\n5. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal contained in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the Goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
\nIn order to avoid any disputes, upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer shall make sure that they correspond to the order (colour, product name and other relevant parameters).
\n6. In the event that the Goods are not assembled correctly, the Buyer has the right to exchange the Goods within 14 (fourteen) days by completing a return form.
\nThe Seller shall bear the courier costs in this case.
\n7. If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions must be taken into account.
\nThe Goods to be returned must not have been used (taking into account the specific nature of the Goods).
\nIf the condition of the returned Goods has deteriorated due to improper storage, the Buyer shall not be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.
\n7.2.
\nThe Buyer shall preserve and not damage the original packaging of the Goods.
\n7.3. If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail info@mmkserviss.lv.<\/a>
\nThe Buyer shall receive from the Seller a cancellation form, which shall be completed and sent to the Seller at the above e-mail address.
\n7.4.
\nThe Buyer is obliged to retain both the courier documents for receipt of the Goods and the postal\/courier documents for return of the Goods to the Seller.
\n7.5.
\nThe Buyer may consult the following website address for further information on what constitutes a distance contract and the right of withdrawal: http:\/\/www.ptac.gov.lv.<\/a>
\n7.6.
\nThe Seller shall transfer the money for the returned Goods to the bank account specified by the Buyer in the withdrawal form within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after termination of the Contract and receipt of the Goods specified in the withdrawal form at the Seller’s shop (M\u016bkusalas iela 72d, Riga, LV-1004 or Bikernieku iela 121k, Riga, LV-1021), based on the Buyer’s withdrawal.
\n7.7.
\nCourier costs in case of return of the Goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
\n8. The average delivery time is up to 5 (five) working days, but the Seller reserves the right to deliver the Goods within 2 (two) calendar weeks, as delivery times may vary depending on the Seller’s special terms and the availability of the Goods in stock.
\n9. All prices are inclusive of  value added tax (VAT) of 21%.
\nThe Buyer agrees to sign a delivery note upon delivery of the Goods.
\n10. Payment for the Goods shall be made by the Buyer by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the prepaid invoice of the Limited Liability Company “MMK Riepu Serviss” upon receipt of the invoice or upon receipt of the Goods in person in cash or by payment card.
\nAll delivery costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
\n11. This Agreement is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
\nThe Buyer acknowledges that it has read the terms of this Agreement and undertakes to observe and comply with them.
\n12. The Buyer is informed that the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time.
