Right of withdrawal<\/h1>[vc_column_text]According to Section 1, Paragraph 3 of the \u201cConsumer Rights Protection Law\u201d, a consumer is a natural person who expresses a wish to purchase, or is likely to purchase or use, a good or service for a purpose which is not related to their economic or professional activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under the Right of Withdrawal, the Consumer may return the product within 14 days of purchase without explaining the reasons for the return.<\/span><\/p>\n

When exercising the right of withdrawal, please note the following conditions: do not use the product, keep the original packaging of the product intact, and prevent any damage to it.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case you wish to withdraw from the goods, please fill in the withdrawal form and send it with the proof of purchase to the e-mail address info@mmkserviss.lv or by registered mail to Kaivas iela 31\/3-72, Riga, LV-1021, and deliver the goods to M\u016bkusalas iela 72d, Riga, LV-1004, Latvia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods, we will refund your money to the bank account specified in your Right of Withdrawal Form.<\/span><\/p>\n
